Annex Teen Clinic The Annex Teen Clinic helps young people take charge of their sexual health by providing confidential health services and education.

The Annex Teen Clinic provides low cost, confidential, nonjudgmental sexuality-related services for teens and young adults through age 25. Our services do not require parent or guardian permission, even if someone is under the age of 18 (MN Minors’ Consent Law).

Our staff welcomes and supports young people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual and/or transgender. We want you to feel good about the responsibility of taking care of yourself!

Dads Make a Difference Dads Make a Difference trains high school age teens, male and female, to be peer educators of middle school age youth in schools, agencies, and faith-based groups. Minneapolis Health Department – School Based Clinics Program The Minneapolis School Based Clinics Program provides physical, sexual, and mental health services at 7 Minneapolis high school locations for the students who attend those schools. Minnesota AIDS Project (MAP) The Minnesota AIDS Project is a statewide nonprofit agency leading Minnesota's fight to stop HIV through prevention, advocacy, awareness, and services. A key element of our HIV prevention work is the community educational outreach. The TEACH (Training, Education, Awareness, and Capacity-building for HIV) program at the Minnesota AIDS Project provides presentations for both providers and clients living with and at-risk for HIV infection. Youth & AIDS Project The University of Minnesota Youth and AIDS Projects (YAP) was founded in 1989, with a mission to prevent transmission of HIV to and from high-risk youth and to provide care to youth and families living with HIV infection. The governing philosophy is that adolescents can and do make responsible health-related decisions, given appropriate resources and support. YAP programs are grounded in the belief that HIV-related services for youth must be developmentally appropriate, culturally competent, coordinated, and family-centered in order to be effective. YAP is administratively housed in the Medical School, Department of Infectious Disease and International Medicine at the University of Minnesota.
